Risk Disclosure

How fractional share positions behave when markets move, and what a holder should expect from a fixed-term structure.

Document Last updated 26 October 2026

1. Capital at risk

Fractional share positions are exposed to the market price of the underlying security. The value of a position can fall as well as rise, and a holder may recover less than the amount originally committed. Nothing on this platform constitutes a guarantee of return, a promise of capital preservation outside the terms of a specific plan, or an offer of credit.

2. Fixed-term structures

A holding plan with capital back returns the committed principal at maturity, provided the position runs to term. Early exit is only available within the window published on the plan. Where a plan has no early exit, the capital remains committed until the final settlement, regardless of price movement in the interim.

3. Settlement timing

Settlements follow the exchange calendar. A settlement scheduled on a market holiday moves to the next business day. Settlement amounts are calculated against the allocation in the position, not against the current market value, and are credited to the earnings wallet.

4. Liquidity

Withdrawals are paid from cleared cash in the main wallet. Cleared cash excludes funds still in transit from a payment provider and excludes capital locked inside an open position. Withdrawal processing times depend on the destination rail and the compliance checks applicable to the destination account.

5. Concentration

This platform offers exposure to a single issuer. A single-issuer position carries concentration risk that a diversified portfolio does not. A holder should size any single-issuer allocation against total investable capital, and should not commit funds required for near-term obligations.

6. No advice

Nothing published here is personal investment advice. Plan terms, settlement schedules and statements are provided for execution and record-keeping. Where a decision depends on personal circumstances, tax position or regulatory status, independent professional advice should be obtained before funding.

7. Past performance

Historic settlement rates, published returns and any illustrative projection describe past or modelled outcomes only. They are not a forecast and do not constrain future results.
